For the first time we are introducing a themed conference and the theme selected for IAS 2008 is Controversies. Topics if the main conference will highlight the controversies in the given subject. All the workshops will be hosted on 25th Sep’ 2008. We have planned three workshops : • Basic Knee Arthroscopy
• Advanced Knee Arthroscopy
• Shoulder Workshop
Also new at this IAS will be aprestigious IAS oration offered to a senior member.
Goa is reminiscent of such salubrious surroundings that it is inevitable that the academic details will be interspersed with lots of celebration and fun. We have planned a beach party on Friday 26th sep evening along with fun tours, ladies programme and a gala banquet on Saturday 27th Sep.
If all this leaves you exhausted you may elect to stay back as the Sunday following the conference is left free for you to roam around or if you please to unwind from the esoterics of Arthroscopy. We have ensured the conference is full of intellectual rigour and we wish to extend the frontiers of knowledge with a balanced mix of fun and partying. |
